Site Analysis/Survey
A visit to the site may be undertaken for a detailed Site Survey: measuring boundaries, taking levels, plotting buildings, significant trees and any outstanding landscape features that may be incorporated into the future design.

Client Brief
A 2 hour meeting is held with the property owners to establish likes/dislikes, the wish list and further clarification of what their expectation is from the property.

Concept Plan
From the site survey and client brief a scaled coloured concept plan is presented to the client for discussion, retained by the client and may incorporate some or all of the following:

• Structures:
  Decking, paving, walls, raised garden beds, fences, gates, pergolas, shade structures, seating, water features, parking, utility areas, swimming pool, spa, tennis court etc.
• Planting:
  Garden beds, general garden areas, lawn, specimen trees.
