STAGE 4:
CONSTRUCTION DETAILS
AND SPECIFICATIONS

Once the concept plan has been fully approved then the next set of working drawings to include:

• Planting plans
• Hard landscaping plans
• Construction detailing (measurements and materials) on how to construct specific items eg seating, steps, pergolas, etc.

Additional supporting documentation is supplied for planting plans and plant care maintenance.
