To ensure your landscape project is constructed as originally intended a Project Facilitation Service is offered. This service is additional to the landscape design services and includes:

• Gathering construction estimates/quotes, or tendering if required.
• Analysing and/or negotiating pricing.
• Recommendations of contractors.
• Liaising between contractors and/or other professionals.
• Site inspections to ensure construction is true-to-plan, that approved construction practices are followed and high standards of workmanship are met.
• Site meetings with the client and the landscape contractor.
• Keeping records of all documentation and correspondence between contractors and other professionals involved.
• Final inspection and completion/sign-off.
